1. Acceptance of These Terms
These terms apply when you use our website or book a service with Panda Motor Sports . By using the site or handing over your vehicle, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
We provide vehicle repair, maintenance, body and paint, and styling services at our workshop in Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 2, Dubai. Service descriptions on the website are for general information. The exact scope of any job is defined in your written quote.
3. Quotes, Approvals & Payment
- Every job begins with a written quote. Work starts only after your approval.
- If additional faults are discovered mid-job, you are informed first. No extra work is done without your consent.
- Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is due on handover unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer.
4. Vehicle Handover & Collection
- Free pickup and drop is offered anywhere in Dubai. Your vehicle is fully insured while in our care and in transit with us.
- Completed vehicles should be collected within 7 days of notification. Storage beyond this may incur a daily fee of AED 250.
- Personal valuables should be removed before handover. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle unless declared and documented.
5. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the vehicle and its known faults.
- Confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorized to request work on it.
- Disclose any prior repairs or modifications relevant to the job.
6. Limitation of Liability
We take full responsibility for the quality of our work. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of use, loss of income, or diminished resale value, except where UAE law does not permit such a limitation.
7. Website Use & Content
- The content, images, and branding on this website belong to Panda Motor Sports and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
- The website is provided “as is”. While we keep information accurate, prices and service details may change without notice.
- You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false enquiries.
8. Reviews & Photos
With your consent, photos of completed work may be published in our gallery or social media. Number plates and personal details are blurred. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page with its “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website or our services means you accept the updated terms.
